About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing property business specialising in serviced accommodation and corporate lets across Ireland. As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to support our finance and operations functions.
This is a part-time role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and working in a dynamic, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Bookkeeping
- Review and maintain landlord and client contracts
- Process accounts payable (supplier invoices and utilities)
- Set up and schedule bank payments
- Raise and issue client invoices
- Chase overdue payments professionally
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment platforms
- Process VAT returns
- Process deposit refunds
- Manage payroll for part-time staff and contractors
- Code receipts and expenses accurately for management accounts
Executive & Admin Support
- Maintain and update our property and client database
- Provide support to the property manager (e.g. timesheets, documentation)
- Support with contract reviews and general administrative tasks
- Help streamline systems as the business grows
About You
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and/or executive admin roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting tools (preferably Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable with cloud-based systems Outlook
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Property or serviced accommodation experience is a bonus, but not essential
This is an office based role with a high degree of autonomy — but you'll be part of a growing team with plenty of opportunity to take on more as the business expands.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
