Role Overview:
We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Floor Manager to join our team at The Lord Lucan. This is a key front-of-house leadership role that involves overseeing daily service, supporting staff, and ensuring guests receive a consistently excellent experience. The role offers €15–€20 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front-of-house operations during shifts
- Supervise service standards and ensure smooth table flow
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during service hours
- Handle bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements
- Mentor and support waitstaff and junior team members
- Address and resolve customer feedback professionally
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and a welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a floor or shift supervisor role (pub/restaurant setting preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and friendly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service focus
- Flexible availability – must be available for weekends and evenings
- Fluent English
- Must have prior experience working in Ireland
