We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, reliable & personable individual who is passionate about hospitality and exceeding our customer's needs. Ideally the candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and confident to work independantly.
This is a part-time role approximately 15-20 hours per week which will include evenings and weekends.
Duties will include
- Customer Service, i.e. welcoming guests to the property and providing effective and efficient check-in / check-out
- Dealing with reservation enquiries via email & telephone
- Maintaining the Front of House Reservation System
- Taking payments
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer care are met at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel/accommodation industry would be preferable
- Strong Administration Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Be flexible with regard to working hours (evening & weekend work is a requirement)
