We are now seeking a proactive Part-Time Office Administrator to join our busy practice and become a valued member of our team. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks and serve as a key point of contact for client communications, helping us continue to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, other solicitors, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Key Skills & Experience
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- No previous legal or administrative experience required – full training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with case management systems
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word or similar)
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €360.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
