Supplements Direct is on the lookout for a motivated and reliable team member to join our customer-focused retail store.
Hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM with possibility of more for holiday cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support on the shop floor
- Handle cash and operate the till accurately and responsibly
- Pack and process online orders efficiently and with care
- Assist in warehouse organisation and stock control
- Unpack deliveries and restock shelves as required
- Support general day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the store
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential
- Knowledge of Sports Nutrition products would be a great advantage
