The Role:
We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team, working Fridays and weekends. This role is perfect for a college student or someone with a flexible schedule who is passionate about technology. Due to the sale of finance products, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, helping them find the perfect device to meet their needs. You'll be selling a wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets.
- Shop Operations: Handle both the opening and closing procedures for the shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Device Repairs: Book customer devices in for repair, accurately recording details and managing the intake process.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor, ensuring all products are well-presented and the store environment is welcoming for customers.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
