The right candidate must be able to work flexibly throughout the week. The position will be for part time hours and midweek availability is helpful.
Responsibilities and Duties
The right candidate must:

- Have previous experience in retail
- Have strong leadership skills
- Hold the ability to motivate others
- Have strong communication skills
Duties include:
- Liaising with the Store Manager and Department Managers to achieve best practice standards across the store
- Adhering to health and safety procedures and standards
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are provided
- Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Opening and closing the store as required
- Communicating and managing staff as required
