Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with reading codes in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JavaScript) or in system design.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of web technologies and front-end web development.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent data analysis and data-motivated decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the adoption of new products by upgrades and migrations to develop their success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
- Define and develop custom software solutions to address the technical needs of clients and partners; guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
- Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.
- Work with datasets, solve analysis problems, apply advanced investigative methods. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, model development and delivery of results to business partners and executives.
- Present to groups of internal stakeholders and customers.
