Full-Time Personal Trainer – Strength & Conditioning Coach for new personal training club opening in Septmber!!!!

The Role
- 40 hours/week, including 23–28 hours of group coaching
- Remaining time spent on:
- Member support & goal check-ins
- Team development & mentoring
- Session planning & leadership contributions
What You'll Be Doing
- Coach high-energy small group strength & conditioning sessions
- Ensure all sessions align with our proven, scalable training model
- Welcome and onboard new members, ensuring a supportive start
- Collaborate with our close-knit coaching team to raise standards
- Contribute to internal events, courses, and community engagement
What You’ll Need
- Strong group coaching presence and technical attention to detail
- Level 3 PT (or equivalent) certification – required
- Previous experience in an SGPT facility (as a coach or client) – preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays and be based near Cork City
