Ward & Burke are seeking a highly organised and proactive Plant & Equipment Administrator to support the management, maintenance, and logistical coordination of plant and equipment used across civil engineering projects in the South-West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all plant and equipment, including ownership, location, usage, maintenance schedules, and certifications.
- Schedule and track routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with internal teams to manage equipment hire, procurement, and servicing.
- Ensure all documentation (e.g., manuals, service records, safety certificates) is up to date and accessible.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Plant / fleet / construction knowledge is desirable but not essential.
