The Play Centre and Catering Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of events and activities within the play centre. This dynamic role involves event planning, food & beverage service and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for families and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organise and manage play centre events, including birthday parties, themed activities, and group bookings.
- Food & Beverage Service: Oversee food and drink offerings ensuring high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Facility Operations: Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth event execution and overall centre operations.
