About Us:
Martin Property Consultants is a fast-growing property management and real estate firm based in Dublin. We manage a diverse portfolio including residential lettings, sales, and Airbnb short-term rentals. As our maintenance department continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber & RGI to join our in-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct plumbing repairs, maintenance, and new installations across residential properties
- Carry out gas boiler servicing, repairs, and full installations
- Diagnose and repair heating and hot water systems
- Attend emergency callouts when required (rotational)
- Liaise with property managers and tenants regarding planned works
- Ensure all work is compliant with current building and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance and upgrades
Requirements:
- Van and tools required
- Fully qualified plumber (National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
- Registered Gas Installer (RGI) with valid certification
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Good communication and customer service skills
