Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in policy writing to translate information into clear, concise, and guidelines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leading design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new and existing product launches on YouTube.
  • Experience with metrics/Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) management of enforcement and operations across product portfolios.
  • Ability to design and drive projects to completion that result in significant workflow/process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube livestream, new products and YouTube’s cross policy workflows.
  • Manage escalations with turn-around time to define the best plan and provide updates to executives.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations and Engineering to solve problems and drive innovations.
  • Define and measure performance metrics to assess the business impact of process improvements.
  • Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s community guidelines.
