About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Porter to join our Welcome team.

About you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the role of Porter or similar role.
• Driving license (mandatory).
• Eligible to work 40 hours per week without restrictions.
• Good knowledge of Opera.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Being responsible for the security of the lobby area and the front door.
• Maintaining safe parking and storage of guests’ car and keys.
• Being responsible for the safe handling and storage of all guest luggage and parcels.
• Ensuring all guest’s requirements are met during their stay.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to deliver the same exceptional standards.
• Ensuring the correct and continual use of all company procedures, systems and documents.
• Maintaining a safe and harmonious working and customer environment and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
• Liaising with the Management team to ensure that service is of the highest standard.
