Practice Secretary/Receptionist

Due to continued expansion of our Clinic, we require, a Medical Secretary/Receptionist for a full time permanent and part time permanent position..

The candidate would be working in a fully computerised, very busy Practice, alongside a large group of colleagues in a welcoming & friendly environment.

The Role:-

• Greeting Clients
• Handling Telephone & Email Queries
• Booking Appointments
• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic
• Cash Handling
• Scanning & Filing
• Carrying Out Requests From Management as needed
• General Administration Duties

Requirements:-

• A reliable individual with strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational & communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft .
• Knowledge of Socrates Software would be a distinct advantage.
• At lease two years Administration experience is necessary
