As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement & Ordering Manager to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Procurement & Ordering Manager with prior experience in a bespoke manufacturing or similar environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and processing product data related to custom window and door orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for our Retail Customers • Monitor inventory and production needs to ensure timely ordering • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best price and delivery terms • Maintain accurate order records and manage supplier relationships • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries • Track purchasing KPIs and recommend process improvements • Ensure all orders meet quality and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Windows-based software, particularly data management systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, or bespoke manufacturing software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data with precision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Experience in the windows and doors industry or custom manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
