About the Team & Business Line:
Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to transform our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Your Role:
As a Graduate Analyst, you will support the Transformation Office by contributing to projects that enhance business operations and client service delivery. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, gaining a strong foundation in transformation strategy, change management, and process improvement.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support transformation initiatives.
- Work with project leads to help identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Participate in the coordination of cross-functional project teams.
- Support the preparation of materials such as presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Help document new or updated operating models, workflows, and processes.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement activities, including internal communications and workshops.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to fund administration and business transformation.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of ongoing initiatives.
About You:
- Bachelor or Master level degree in a business or Finance related disciple.
- Minimum of 1 year in the financial services industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- “team player” who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service.
- Proven interest in the financial markets and fund industry.
- Proven Project Management Experience.
- Proven Business Analysis Experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to be creative and innovative.
- Ability to influence and persuade.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
