As a Projects Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and executing scheduling activities for the Projects business area, using advanced planning systems.

  • Coordinating the material planning, and production scheduling function to ensure timely delivery to customers

  • Analysing and measuring the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full on time delivery

  • Analysing data to determine opportunities to optimise inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs

  • Supporting, coordinating and maintaining a feasible production plan.

  • Closely working with the responsible Project manager, Project Co-Ordinator, Product Engineer, Operations team, Shipping & Logistics to achieve successful execution of the plan.

  • This role involves influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while providing regular reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes.


Fuel your passion


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations Management) or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrate good and relevant experience in Production Planning

  • Have experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially SAP is an advantage.

  • Have APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) - this is advantageous, but not essential to your application

  • Be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.

  • Hold an Irish Passport/Work Permit and not require future sponsorship.
