The Role / Location
Fantastic opportunity to join Ireland's leading Private Rented Sector (PRS) Lettings & Management team, in a sector known for its long-term stability and steady growth.
This role sits within the Block Management Team, managing common area services across a diverse portfolio of high-end developments in Dublin, owned by landlords and investment funds.
About the Role:
- Client-facing role requiring strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Collaborate with Savills teams, property managers, clients, contractors, and residents to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage new, high-spec developments (mostly delivered in the last 2-3 years), which include amenity-rich spaces such as gyms, cinemas, games rooms, lounges, terraces, and on-site staff - bringing a hospitality-focused approach to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Have a strong work ethic, pro-active attitude, keen desire to learn and develop their career and willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Understanding individual clients and mandates to manage operations across designated developments.
- Ensuring developments are kept at the required level by Savills and the Client.
- Manage all contractor related documentation and delivery (tendering/health & safety / SLA/ SOP's /financial/ reporting etc.)
- Serving as a Savills representative at Client Meetings.
- Management of site Inspections of managed developments.
- Budget tendering / preparation / operation / delivery.
- Ensure Health and Safety actions identified in Audits are implemented in a timely manner.
- Generating new ideas for cost savings and further developing site sustainability.
- Periodic Reporting (Monthly, Weekly, Adhoc) with the support the central management team / client.
- At times - Helpdesk Support Required for Out of Hours.
Required Experience and Skills
- Property Management Licence essential.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Block Property Management.
- OMC experience beneficial but not essential.
- Dealing with the implementation of site systems and services strategically within new and existing developments.
- Ensure efficient, reliable, high-quality deployment of site maintenance and utility operations.
- Previous experience in a client facing role.
- Ability to prioritise with good decision-making skills.
- Have advanced problem-solving skills with a solution focussed mindset.
- Establish and manage relationships with contractors to ensure quality and compliance of works in line with company policy and guidelines.
- Must have strong financial awareness to manage costs & budgets across a number of sites.
- Excellent awareness and quality management of Health & Safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have demonstrable record of continuous personal development within the industry.
- Excellent IT skills and systems software experience.
- Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have strong self-management, organisational and administration skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Leadership and team management qualities.
