- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast demand and determine optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies between systems and physical counts.
- Track, monitor, and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules to meet production and customer requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, and pricing to support sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies and timely material replenishment.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues, shortages, and overstock situations.
- Generate and present regular reports on inventory metrics, turnover rates, and cost analysis.
- Strong experience in Inventory Management system (SAP, Oracle, Pemac, etc.)
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory storage and movement.
- Manage the supplier open PO lines process through the RPA (automation).
- Support invoice and receiving issue resolution.
- Help with stock issues for craftsmen when needed.

Work with Stores Manager and the Stores & Engineering teams to :
- Optimise re-ordering stock parts through PEMAC using usage, lead times, Min Qty.,Re-order level & Re-order quantity
- Optimise cycle-counting process for stock parts
- Document outside and on-site warehouse stock and move to PEMAC as necessary
- Identify further low-level / fast moving stock items to move free issue
Education & Experience:
- Experience in Inventory or Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory analysis, or supply chain roles.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
