Experienced butcher required to work in our Butcher shop at 16 Pearse Street,Clonakilty, West Cork.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a butcher
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
- A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers
- Previous customer service experience
- HACCP trained
Main Duties:
- Adhering to all HACCP and food safety standards
- Over counter sales and customer service
- Meat preparation
- Ensure merchandising, presentation and rotation of the stock is to the highest standard
- Helping with customer queries, including recipes suggestions and cooking advice.
