Coghlan mechanical are currently recruiting qualified plumbers to join our growing team. The positions on offer will have significant potential for career progression and will suit a self motivated team player.

We are currently working a 4 day week (Monday-Thursday) where we work 9 hour shifts for a total of 36 hours per week while maintaining your 39 hour week salary.
Requirements:
- Qualified plumber.
- Experience in residential 1st and 2nd fixing.
- Minimum 3 years qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and schedule work on projects as they arise and meeting associated deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to take responsibility for and to support apprentice plumbers.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to lead a team.
- Be self motivated.
- Can provide a high standard of work in an efficient manner.
