To oversee the management of the internal quality auditing schedules.
Responsible for the Management of Site Quality complaints, initiating investigations, analysing data, and communicating trends to aid the plant in developing improvement plans
Customer Satisfaction – Need to ensure in-house processes and procedures guarantee that product is produced to specification. Ensure all Customer feedback and complaints are addressed promptly.
Quality Standards - Plant BRC Score. BRC accreditation is essential to ensure that the Business can continue to supply products to Customers Target BRC score is ‘AA+’ with BRC standard expected daily. The Quality Systems Administrator will be expected to be an integral part of the auditing team.
Ensure the Food Safety HACCP plan is adhered to at all times within the entire plant therefore ensuring safe product is released every time. No product recalls or withdrawals are permitted.
An overall Product Quality score of 100% every day. The necessary procedures and processes need to be implemented in order to achieve such scores. Ensure that all product quality standards are clear to all Operators, Senior Operators, Production Managers and Factory Managers and that “zero defects” is the required target.
Improvements and actions are addressed timely.
Customer Specifications – Ensure communication and understanding of Customer requirements to the Operations Team and ensure compliance to Customer KPI targets.
Documentation Control – Ensure compliance to documentation control procedure and accuracy of completion, storage and speed of retrieval of historical records.
Non-conforming Product – Ensure all non-conformances are dealt with adequately following internal processes to prevent future non-conformances.
Health and Safety – A proactive approach to Health and safety is required. SUSA contact score of 4 is required for the plant and both Technical and Quality personnel will be key contributors to this score
