Are you a qualified Estate Agent looking for a more flexible approach to work plus a high commission model.
KW works for the estate agent to give them more money, more time and more personal growth. As an example if an agent brings in €137,500 in commission in a calender year they will receive €100,000 in gross pay.
Commission rates are 71% of the transaction.
You MUST have a Property Services Regulatory licence for B and C.
You will require a car and a driving license.
You will be required to look after the sale and rental of properties. You will be given the best tools and training on developing your own pipeline of properties and clients.
You will be required to attend Zoom training on Estate Agency and Wealth Building.
Your hours will be flexible as will your option of working from home.
You will need a strong desire for success and learning.
No previous experience in real estate is necessary.
