Responsibilities:
This role will have a dual focus.
Workways recently opened its doors in Belgard and seeks to increase occupancy rapidly. As part of the growth plan and reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with generating sales leads by mapping out prospective clients and canvassing local businesses, local networking and outbound calling. With a more longer term perspective, you will be building long-term relationships with clients and generating referrals.
You will also assume the role within the Workways Customer Services team to ensure all clients and visitors are received and handled with in a professional and courteous manner at building reception. This will involve conducting tours of the site with prospective clients and providing them with information.
You will represent the image and standards of Workways so first impression is crucial to perception. This must be very positive.
On a daily basis the role will also include
- Handling inbound calls on time on behalf of our clients and enquiries in an efficient and professional manne
- Undertaking various services for clients including handling mail services, couriers, document services, etc
- Ensuring shared services areas are well organized, clean and tidy and fully equipped – connectivity working, facilities available, etc
- Assisting in administration of invoicing and various tasks
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and very comfortable approaching people/businesses
A high level of organisation skills with an attention-to-detail approach
Good at multi-tasking
Minimum 2 years direct B2B sales experience
Experience canvassing and outbound sales prospection essential
Experience in a customer facing role
The ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
Efficiency in MS Office.

Shift will be 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday only- not suitable for a student
Remuneration: Fixed + interesting variable
