About Us:
We are a busy and well-established mechanic garage based in Malahide Road Industrial Park, Dublin 17, providing a full range of vehicle repair and maintenance services. We pride ourselves on top-quality work, fast turnaround, and excellent customer care. We're currently looking for an organised and friendly Receptionist/Admin to be the face and heartbeat of our front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage bookings, invoices, and customer records
- Liaise with mechanics and keep customers updated on job progress
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- General administrative tasks (email, filing, stock tracking, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (motor trade experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic IT systems (email, Excel, invoicing software)
- A proactive and reliable team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
