We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily activities in a residential care home in Drogheda, Co Louth
***3 months Fix-term contract with the prolonging opportunity***
Working pattern: Monday- Saturday from 07:45:15:45
Average of 5 to 10 working hours per week
Responsibilities and duties:
- To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
- To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department.
- Answer the company telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
- Responding to emails.
- Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
- Ensure all areas are clean and there are no access restrictions
- To take and deliver messages as necessary.
- To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
- To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
- General Administration duties.
- Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
- Provide relief cover/annual leave cover for the cleaning and laundry positions
- Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the Site manager
Requirements:
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- English fluency
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
