The suitable candidates should preferably have some experience working in a Medical or Customer Service environment or as Receptionist, but it is not essential. They should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment. They should have excellent time management skills, have good computer skills and communication skills.
Job Duties:
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Medical Receptionist duties include:
· Welcoming and registering patients on to the patient management system
· Ensuring patients attending the clinic are welcomed and checked into the clinic
· Answering a high volume of phone calls
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Communicating with staff and passing on messages where required
Financial Duties:
· Collecting payments
