The Great Southern Killarney, part of the Hayfield Family Collection, has an excellent opportunity for a part time Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Provide local information and assist with guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience in a luxury environment
- Comfortable using booking systems and basic computer programs
- Friendly and calm under pressure
