As Club House Receptionist Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring all our guests have the best experience during their visit at Luttrellstown Castle Resort.
You will be the first welcome they receive, and you will ensure that all their needs and expectations are met to the highest standard.
Attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team and flexibility are important qualities required.
Key Responsibilities:
You will report to the Director of Golf along with Assistant Director of Golf and Golf Events & Front Desk Supervisor.
Your main areas of responsibility will include but are not confined to:
Adherence to Health & Safety Procedures and other Company Policies and Procedures is also required.
General:
You are expected to carry out your duties in a diligent and professional manner with a friendly outgoing attitude. It is important that you work together with other members of the team to ensure that we operate a high standard of professional service and provide an enjoyable environment for members, customers, and employees alike. Excellent grooming standards are expected. This role will involve mainly weekend work with some weekday cover required.

- Operation of Clubhouse switchboard
- Operate and maintain a computerised system (Guestline & HubSpot) for responding, co-ordinating and tracking all sales enquiries, booking and availability. (Full training will be provided).
- Assist members and guests with queries / requests.
- Responding to golf event enquires
- Assisting with restaurant guests’ enquiries.
- Ensure the Clubhouse general space is always kept clean, tidy with clear signage.
- Any other miscellaneous tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor/manager.
