Clare's Largest CVRT vehicle test on the outskirts of Ennis is currently looking to recruit a part time Receptionist/ Scheduler.
Role and responsibilities
Reception based duties taking incoming calls and directing to the appropriate booking slot.
Attend to customers at the desk
Perform daily administration tasks, which includes accounts and cash handling
Always offer fast and friendly service to our customers and testers
Provide Administrative assistance to members of the team.
Upkeep and categorisation of dockets and files.
Optimise the bookings for the testing team available on the day
Skills needed
Professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise/ plan their workload.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
Excellent communication and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to plan ahead and be prepared for any problems that may arise
Someone who can think on their feet and adjust to changing circumstances quickly
Someone with Accounts Experience will be a Definite Advantage
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to work to a high standard without constant supervision
Enthusiastic towards getting the job done promptly and correctly and achieving good team performance
Knowledge of Vehicle types and models is a definite advantage
