Temporary Outsourced Trades and Labour Limitis is looking for a skilled Recruitment Team Leader to work at 9/10 The Village Centre Lucan Road Co. Dublin K78CP76 and manage our recruitment operations and lead the hiring strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
* A qualification in Business or Human Resources (foreign qualifications accepted);
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, along with proven experience in team supervision.;
* Proven expertise in managing the end-to-end hiring process: job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and performance follow-up;
* Strong ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. (Proficiency in a second language is an advantage).
Main Duties:
1. Determine staffing and recruitment needs in line with company objectives;
2. Oversee the preparation of job descriptions, drafting of job advertisements, and interviewing of candidates;
3. Manage and monitor the onboarding process and employee performance, identifying career development and training needs;
4. Plan and implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires;
5. Supervise recruitment staff, providing support and guidance to ensure targets are met;
6. Maintain client and candidate relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process; 7. Prepare recruitment reports and track performance KPIs for management review; 8. Stay informed on relevant legislation, ensuring compliance in all recruitment processes.
Salary: €40,000 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week
