We’re now looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to help drive growth by bringing new buyers onboard and supporting ongoing client success.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a driven, sharp, and resourceful Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach and build valuable partnerships across Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, target, and onboard new lead buyers through outbound strategies including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Confidently pitch and close deals over the phone.
- Drive repeat business by encouraging recurring orders from existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and monthly targets.
- Work independently and manage your own workload and priorities.
Who We're Looking For:
- You've got B2B sales experience, ideally in outbound roles or cold outreach.
- You’re self-motivated, resilient, and eager to hit goals (and beat them).
- You're a confident cold-caller and comfortable making high volumes of outreach daily.
- You're an excellent communicator (both verbal and written).
- You've a strong ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with prospects.
- You’re comfortable working independently (we’re 100% remote).
- You’re interested in digital marketing, lead generation, or online business.
