Job Role and Responsibilities:
Our Rental Agents are the face of our company. Candidates applying for this role should possess excellent customer services skills and the ability to achieve sales targets. Location of the role will be in Shannon Airport.
This is a varied role and responsibilities will include the following:
- Delivering high quality customer service
- Completing rental transactions and processing paperwork and payments Selling our full range of products and services to achieve both individual and team KPIs/sales targets
- Achieving minimum sales and customer service KPI targets as set out by the company
- Managing any customer queries and concerns regarding their rental
- Reconciling and accounting monies at shift end
- Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties
- Monitoring the condition and road worthiness of vehicles
- Assisting with other duties such as car movement/driving, checking in vehicles, valeting as business needs require
- Any other duties as required by Management
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- A dynamic individual with excellent people, organisational and communication skills who has a passion for sales
- Full clean B driving licence, or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Previous customer services and sales experience, ideally within the Tourism & Leisure sector, is preferred but not required
- Flexibility - normal working hours will be between 5am – 6pm rostered over Monday to Sunday with breaks
Competitive base salary with potential to earn commission on sales made
(OTE € 30,000.00+, per annum)
