Role Context:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Ideal candidates will be running and updating the reporting suites on a monthly / periodic basis. This role will also involve splitting out data trends and patterns, converting them to graphical representations for senior leadership consumption.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of reporting and dashboard experience.
- Must have experience of working on Data project/s, with domain experience in Banking and financial or Asset Management Industry.
- Collaborative approach to working with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating business and data requirements using structured methodologies.
- Knowledge of Power-bi, Excel and other industry relevant tools to perform data analysis and draw insights.
- Ability to understand and derive insights from data.
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Understanding business goals to align reports and dashboards accordingly.
