We’re looking for a professional, energetic, and service-focused Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join the opening team at Daniel’s Kitchen & Bar, Ballina’s newest dining and cocktail destination.
This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who’s passionate about hospitality, thrives under pressure, and loves leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
- Supervise day-to-day front-of-house operations during service
- Lead and support a team of waitstaff and hosts
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Manage floor plans, guest seating, and table turns efficiently
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with the management and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Train and support new FOH staff
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of front-of-house experience in a busy restaurant or bar
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Warm, confident personality and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passionate about great food, drinks, and customer service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours

Pay: €27,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
