Your Mission
As our Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Jo’s Absolute Nutrition out on the road, building strong relationships with retail stores, health shops, cafés, and independent grocers throughout Leinster and Munster. You’ll introduce our range of natural products, secure shelf space, grow repeat orders, and make sure our brand gets the love it deserves.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive across your region (company car provided!) to visit current and potential retail partners.
- Pitch, place, and promote our delicious products in stores and cafés.
- Secure new accounts and grow existing ones by being persistent, positive, and persuasive.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, be their go-to for everything Jo’s.
- Merchandising: Make our products shine on shelves and stands.
- Track your sales performance, submit reports, and stay accountable to targets.
- Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a touch of hustle.

What You’ll Need
- Some experience in FMCG, retail or café sales,you get the rhythm of retail.
- A full driver’s license and a love for life on the road.
- Self-starter energy: You don’t wait to be told,you go make things happen.
- Top-notch communication skills: you know how to build trust and close deals.
- A head for targets and a heart for customers.
- Comfortable using basic CRM or reporting tools to track your hustle.
