We’re seeking an organised and experienced Logistics & Store Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain of agricultural products, supporting our brach in Edenderry Co. Offaly. This role ensures smooth coordination between Sales/Retail, Feed/Grain Stores, and logistics, while maintaining excellent customer service at store level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the supply chain for Feed, Fertiliser, Chemicals, and Agri-Inputs for the Branch.
- Oversee stock control and warehouse operations.
- Process goods in/out dockets and review invoices.
- Act as the main contact for customer orders and sales reps.
- Coordinate logistics and production for timely deliveries.
- Resolve logistics issues.
- Counter Sales.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in agri/retail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Degree in Agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Team player with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Forklift license a bonus.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm | Every 3rd Saturday 8am–1pm (Overtime Paid)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
