Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment (ideally tech or telecoms), a customer-first attitude, and strong people management skills. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team to drive performance and customer satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, resolving customer issues with professionalism
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, stock control, and cash handling
- Take ownership of sales targets and KPIs, driving a performance-based culture
- Recruit, train, and support staff, ensuring high levels of product knowledge
- Engage with suppliers and stay current on industry trends and new technologies
- Look for innovative ways to grow the business and improve efficiency
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive footfall and sales
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media content, online promotions, and customer engagement across platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management (tech, telecoms, or consumer electronics preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness and a growth-focused mindset
- Excellent people and leadership skills
- Comfortable using technology and discussing technical products
- Organised, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial drive, with an interest in potential long-term business involvement
