- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
- Ability to upsell products and provide personalized recommendations to customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
