About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with the team to maintain high store standards and help men look and feel their best through great style advice and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner
•Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling
•Maintain merchandising and presentation standards across the shop floor
•Process transactions accurately using our POS system
•Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
•Support store management with daily operations and tasks
•Ensure fitting rooms and displays are tidy and organized at all times.
Skills and Interests
•A genuine interest in menswear, fashion, and retail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•A proactive and reliable approach to work
•Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
•E-commerce experience an advantage
•Proficiency in basic computer skills an advantage
•Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
Position Details:
•Full-time role: up to 37.5 hours per week
•Weekend availability is required, including occasional Sunday shifts
