We’re Hiring: Store Manager – Killarney
We're looking for a positive, ambitious, and commercially aware Store Manager to join our Killarney team. You’ll be responsible for maximising store performance, driving sales, and leading by example in a hands-on role that rewards initiative and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train and develop your in-store team
- Manage staff rosters and ensure smooth daily operations
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager on goals and store performance
- Build strong team and customer relationships
- Monitor and control operational costs
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ retail experience, including time at Assistant Manager level or higher
- A hands-on approach to leadership
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for retail
