The purpose of the role is to lead the team in delivering a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience within a new luxury fashion store in Terminal 2. The role requires the successful candidate to ensure that they drive a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have supervised/managed retail teams previously and will have worked with high end luxury brands.
This is a permanent shift based role.

- Develop and deliver strategies/techniques on how to increase sales, attend to customers and close deals
- Leading retail team, including providing constructive ongoing feedback, managing performance and coaching and nurturing the team to bring out the best in everybody
- Coach and mentor new staff members
- Monitor and manage customer service levels by spending time on the shop floor and creating a culture which delivers excellent customer service
- Proactively work with the category buying team to maximise product offer and stock level to increase sales
- Reinforce all activities related to providing a safe working environment
- Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink
- Carry out any other exceptional duties as determined by the business from time to time.
- Minimum three years retail experience
- Track record in leading and motivating a team in a fast moving retail environment
- Track record in delivering on sales targets
- Excellent understanding of retail standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to ARI Values & ARI Leadership Standard
