The role:
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. A Senior Revenue Manager plays critical role in driving profitable revenue growth by optimizing pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and portfolio mix. You will collaborate closely with the sales, commercial, and finance teams to identify opportunities, define strategic revenue plans, and execute initiatives that will maximize the company’s performance within our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy Development: Continuously improve and implement a comprehensive revenue growth, aligning with overall business goals and market reality.
- Pricing and Promotion Optimization: Lead the analysis and execution of pricing, promotions, and our new discount model to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Evaluate the ROI of promotions and discounting strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze consumer, market, and sales data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and risks. Use insights to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
- Portfolio Management: Optimize the product portfolio by identifying the right mix of products and innovations that drive our Mega & Expansion Brands leading to revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Supply to ensure successful execution of our revenue management initiatives. Maintain strong connection with sales to understand the ever-changing market reality.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor performance metrics, including sales, volume, margin, and market share, to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Make data-driven adjustments to improve profitability while keeping our momentum in the market.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of competitive landscape, consumer trends, and macroeconomic factors. Utilize this intelligence to adjust growth strategies as necessary.
- Budget and Forecasting: Partner with FP&A to support accurate forecasting and budgeting. Monitor channel-specific KPIs and ensure Revenue Management targets are met.
Who we’re looking for:
Education
- University Degree in Applied Economics / Applied Statistics or related areas preferred
Experience
- Revenue Management / Commercial Finance / Category Insight / Account Management
Relevant technical competencies
- Understanding of statistical analysis tools
- Understanding of elasticity modelling, including cross-price & category elasticity & implications
- Knowledge of Performance Analysis and Planning
- Knowledge of Sales
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced level Excel user
- Confident to challenge Senior Commercial Leaders
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong drive for superior performance
- Strong self-starting capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of the business and the market
