The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly ambitious, self-motivated and curious data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing commercial organization, reporting into the Director of Revenue Intelligence and Enablement.

In this role, you will support the optimization of sales and revenue processes by providing critical insights, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the execution of key operational initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to the full revenue funnel, analytics, systems, and strategy in a high-growth, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the revenue organization, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance alignment.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM data in Salesforce, and support hygiene initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of regular dashboards, reports, and performance insights for revenue leaders.
  • Help monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in tool administration and user support for revenue tech stack tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, SimilarWeb and EcommerceDB).
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and reporting projects to support strategic decision-making.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business, data, or operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of key revenue metrics and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
