- Have experience in a ITICA (Irish Traditional Italian Chippers Association) style Fish and Chips or similar fast-food Takeaway , Minimum experience one year working in Ireland;
- Must be able to operate a frying range;
- Good knowledge of the English language with customer service;
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic kitchen environment;
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene;
- Team player and a positive attitude;
- Willingness to learn and take on various kitchen tasks;
