Job Title: Robotic Dairy Operator – Casual

At FRS Farm Services we provide skilled support to dairy farms across Ireland. We’re currently looking for Dairy Robotic Operators in the Rosenallis area to join our team and help provide temporary cover for farms using robotic milking systems.
This flexible, hands-on role is ideal for someone who’s farming part-time, semi-retired, or looking to supplement their income with work that fits around other commitments.
What the role involves:
- Providing cover for routine and emergency shifts on robotic dairy farms
- Operating and monitoring robotic milking systems
- Carrying out daily herd checks, system alerts, and basic maintenance
- Supporting general farm tasks as required by the client farm
We’re looking for people who:
- Have practical farming or livestock experience (essential)
- Are confident working independently and adapting to different farm setups
- Have a full driving licence and their own transport
- Are flexible and reliable – available on short notice when needed
- Are willing to learn – full training provided for those new to robotic milking
