We are currently recruiting a skilled and dependable Hook Loader Driver to operate a Roll-On/Roll-Off (RoRo) truck for waste and materials transport.
Responsibilities:
Operate a roll-on/roll-off hook loader vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
Carry out scheduled collections and deliveries of bins/containers.
Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of containers.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
Comply with all road safety and transport regulations.
Requirements:
Full, clean driving licence (appropriate for heavy vehicles – typically Category C).
Up-to-date CPC certification (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence).
Previous experience operating RoRo/Hook Loader trucks preferred.
Good timekeeping, reliability, and a strong safety focus.
