Our Retail Division is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Account Administrator in Ireland to support our retail account managers and ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Account Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our retail sales team in the day-to-day management of key accounts. You’ll be responsible for processing sales orders, maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with logistics and finance teams, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales team
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer details, pricing, and product availability
- Liaise with internal departments including logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners, handling queries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with sales reporting, data entry, and documentation for account reviews
- Support promotional planning and execution in coordination with sales and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with CRM/ERP systems a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong team player
