Sales Advisor – Full-Time

We at Doors & Floors are looking for a new Sales Advisor to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused — someone who can help our customers find the right solutions for their needs, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or online.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Showroom Manager and play a key role in helping the team meet quarterly sales targets, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to retail and trade customers, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
- Prepare quotes and answer queries based on customer specifications and needs.
- Build long-term relationships with business clients and contribute to repeat sales.
- Support customers with their home improvement and renovation projects.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-presented showroom environment.
- Collaborate with your team and support other departments when needed.
- Stay up to date with our product ranges and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (home improvement industry a plus, but not essential).
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Computer literate (e.g. Google Workspace, Outlook, Excel, CRM systems).
- Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The Details:
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), 5 days over 7, including some Saturdays as required.
- Salary: 30-45k OTE
